How do you offer guaranteed financing? This sounds too good to be true...
Yes, it's true! KEVIN APPROVES EVERYONE! Guaranteed financing is available in-store only on approved credit (O.A.C).

We understand that everybody’s credit situation is unique and we’ve responded to that obstacle by offering customized financing options for just about any credit scenario.
What are my financing options if I want to shop online?
Financing is also available for website orders through Affirm, a secure financing company for online purchases.
Kevin Jewelers store locations have more financing options than our website, so we recommend you visit us in one of our 37 store locations if possible to take advantage of that!
I have bad credit and want to build my credit. Can I still come in and get financed?

Shipping
Can I pick up my web order at a Kevin Jewelers store?
YES! We would love to see you! Delivery to any of our mall locations means free shipping for you! It also is the safest way to receive your package.
What is the cut off for next day delivery?
Any orders placed after 1 P.M. PST will not be processed until the Next Business Day. Please allow for a lead time of at least 1 business day for handling.
Please also note that items that require sizing, engraving, or other customizations may take additional time before being shipped.
Holidays, weather, and other factors out of our control can affect shipping and arrival times. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Can you deliver to any address, a P.O. Box, etc?
Sorry, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. In addition, we cannot guarantee delivery to all addresses especially if your billing address does not match your shipping address.
Do you require signature for all packages?
To ensure the safe delivery of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery for orders over $150, but not always.
Once an item is shipped, we are unable to cancel, intercept, or redirect the package. If there is an issue with the delivery of your item, please contact the carrier before contacting our customer support.
What shipping service do you use?
We use FedEx.
Do you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship items from our website outside the US at this time. We thank you for your interest in Kevin Jewelers and hope you'll visit us in sunny California one day!
Engraving
Can every item on your website be engraved?
Many of our items can be engraved, but not every item on our website can be engraved. It really depends on the piece and the engraving that you would like.

What is the cost to engrave?
We offer FREE engraving of three characters! Woohoo!
Please note that once an item is altered from its original state, which includes any sizing or engraving, it is then considered a custom order. Custom Orders cannot be returned or exchanged, all sales are final.
How much extra time is required for an engraving request?
Please allow a lead time of 3-7 business days for item engraving. If you need an order expedited, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Any request for alteration or cancellation must be received before 11 A.M. PST on the same day that the order is processed.
Please note that once an item is altered from its original state, which includes any sizing or engraving, it is then considered a custom order. Custom Orders cannot be returned or exchanged, all sales are final.
Ring Sizing
I don't see my ring size available for the product I want!
If there is no option available to choose the size of your ring, it means the ring is available only in one stock size, but the item may be able to be sized by our jewelers.

Do you offer ring sizing?
We do offer ring sizing! Please note, however, there are sizing restrictions. Some items may not be able to be sized, and there are certain sizing restrictions we face in order to ensure we preserve the integrity of every ring.
How much does ring sizing cost?
If you would like a ring to be sized, there may be an additional cost, which will vary depending on the desired size. Please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page for a more accurate quote.
Cancellation Policy
Oops, I need to cancel my order. Is it too late?
Orders are unable to be canceled after 11 A.M. PST on the day that they are being processed. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to cancel, intercept, or redirect the package. If a cancellation request is made after an order has shipped or a package is refused upon delivery, then it will not be refunded until it is received back in our facilities.
Pricing
I purchased an item in-store and I see a similar item for a different price on your website than what I paid in-store.
Our website does not always carry the same exact items sold in our stores. It is, however, possible for the price of an item you paid in our store to be different from an item on our website that appears to have a similar photo, product title, or product details. Any price discrepancies will be due to differences in stone quality, metal purity, etc. The price of our diamonds and/or gemstones are determined by a number of factors including the color, cut, clarity, brilliance, shape and polish to name a few. For items without stones, pricing differences may be due to differences in metal purity and labor to create each unique item of jewelry.

To return or exchange an item that is eligible for returns or exchanges, please contact us to request a Return Authorization number. Please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page or call or email us, so we can provide you with a Return Authorization number. We must receive your request for a Return Authorization number within 7 calendar days of the delivery confirmation date as provided by the shipping courier. We are confident that you will happy with your purchase, but if the jewelry is not too your liking, we feel that is sufficient time to call or email us to request a return.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be received in our facility or one of our store locations within 14 calendar days after receiving a Return Authorization number.
Not all items are eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must meet the following Conditions of Return:
Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unused and in absolute original condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Any returns or exchanges showing signs of wear, damage, or abuse will not be accepted.
All purchases of pre-owned merchandise, special orders, personalized, customized, sized, or engraved jewelry and are final.
To be eligible for return or exchange, watches must be in absolute original condition, unworn, and unaltered, and any and all packaging, invoice slips, tags, instructions, warranties, and certificates, as applicable, must be included. Missing items are subject to replacement fees.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Can I return a web item in-store?
